Founded in 2002 as an independent issuing house, HPC Capital specialises in developing investment products in innovative asset classes for private and corporate investors.
Since its inception, HPC has launched exclusively equity-only funds in the asset classes of Infrastructure, US Commercial Mortgages and US Secondary Life Insurance Market, with over USD 400 million in assets under management to date.
HPC Capital´s innovative strength was recognised in 2006 by the rating agency Scope, when HPC Capital received the Scope Award for Innovation for the first US Commercial Mortgage fund on the German market.
